HSBC required resources to help design and develop the front-end of the user-facing application. Our user experience expert was hired for consultation and to deliver outputs for the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) partition of the application.
From discovery -sitting with stakeholders to find out about the current products, business objectives and researching existing legal trends, to design including wireframing, guerilla testing and final high fidelity production, to coding and pair-reviews (QA on code written) and handing off to the back-end teams.
