Cactus previously had a one-page site that was quite limited in functionality and character. Our team was brought on to help design a platform that was capable of driving sales, but also offered visitors insight in to the Cactus brand through content and visuals.
Using Woocommerce, we built a custom theme that securely manages transactions via the website. Stripe provides an interface enabling customers to use their credit/debit cards to pay via the website rather than the traditional method of redirecting to the third-party platform. This of course gives users a more streamlined experience – the whole payment process taking place in one place.
On of the key requirements for the website was need for tickets to be exclusive to Cactus members. This meant that we needed to build a platform that managed user accounts, provides admin with some control in terms of member approvals (as users needed to be verified before being able to to join the club) and applies restrictions to the tickets when certain criteria were not met.

The visual appearance of the website was succinct with the name of the brand. We created concepts around the header and navigation as well as within the main body using parallax scroll technology.
